Thank you for your interest in The Fête Ballroom for your party. The Fête Ballroom is one of Sarasota’s newest and most luxurious venues, minutes from I-75, with more than 5,000 square feet of dining space. This elegant venue can seat up to 350 guests and accommodate more than 500 for a standing reception. The room may be divided to accommodate medium size groups of 70 to 150 guests.

In addition to the ballroom, we have other fabulous private dining and banquet rooms available. The Florida Room, a 1400 sq ft dining room, will accommodate up to 70 guests, or may be divided to seat smaller groups. With seating for up to 12 guests, our Conference Room, with its rich leather chairs and granite tables, provides you with state-of-the art A/V for all of your meeting-while-eating needs. The Private Dining Room seats approximately 40 guests or can be divided in half for smaller parties.

Our event packages may be customized to your unique needs including your choice of breakfast, brunch, lunch, cocktail reception or dinner selections. No matter what the occasion, it will be orchestrated flawlessly by our magnificent team of coordinators, chefs and servers. Menu Selection and Pricing

Our menus have been created with our client’s needs and ultimate satisfaction in mind. Our Event Coordinators, Catering Staff and Executive Chef will ensure that any selection– whether one of our signature dishes or a special customized creation – is prepared and served with the highest level of quality available. We will gladly customize a menu to meet the needs of your special event. We offer a wide variety of Hors D’Oeuvres, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Themed Buffets, Chef Stations, Desserts and Cakes. The cost of each event varies depending on your food and beverage selections. Our Event Coordinating Team will be more than happy to provide a menu proposal after we have discussed your individual needs. Once your menu has been selected a 25% deposit is required. Of course, changes can be made to your menu and other event details after the deposit has been made. The final payment for The Ballroom or Private Dining Rooms is due 3 business days prior to your event, after you have given your guaranteed guest count.

Event Planning

Besides providing delicious food, refreshing beverages, top-notch service, and a stunning environment, we can assist you in the planning of your special occasion by working with you and coordinating the vendors to help make your event even more memorable one.


We provide elegant chairs, tables, linens, china, glassware and flatware. Some items are included, and for the rest, the price is based on your selection.

Room Fees

We have a small room rental fee for the inclusion of equipment, set up & cleaning, and that amount depends on which room that you rent. We also have a minimum-spend charge based on time of day, day of week, and room selection for your event, and that minimum is usually met within your food and beverage costs.

Guest Guarantees

In order to ensure the success of your function and the satisfaction of your guests, we require a guarantee minimum guest count no later than 3 business days prior to your event. This number will constitute your final guarantee and will not be subject to reduction. You will be charged for the actual attendance or the guaranteed number of guests, whichever is greater.

Service Charge, Gratuity and Taxes

All food and beverage is subject to a 20% service charge and a 7% state sales tax. Gratuity, although customary, is not included and is at the discretion of the client.

All payment shall be by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Check.
